A Letter to a Long Lost Friend

This great responsibility is not a matter of choice now. You have already made the choice to be born. And you are the embodiment of the cause.

Now we want peace--not silence or noise, not weakness or strength--only peace. That same spirit which has been instructing you incessantly about who you are is you and us. It is in all of us, in every one of us, in everything. We do not need to teach each other. Follow the voice that accompanies the miracle; listen to that tongue that creates you anew everyday. Never think of who you are; your thoughts do not know about You. Find your answer beyond every description, remember the creator and the created, the prophet and the prophesied of.

They remind you that that which you were told before you came here is not a lie. Wake up from your slumber; a whole universe has been waiting, to revel and exult for an eternity when you unmask your soul.

At This Point of the Great Unfolding

The universe has been here for the last 13.7 billion years. Most of this great stretch of eternity was spent by the universe to physically expand itself to ever widening distances. The universe also used a part of its time and energy on spiritually expanding itself. The physical was a prologue for the spiritual. To understand its own source and purpose it needed a part of itself to witness it and look deeper to understand the ultimate knowledge. So there came life in all its forms, organic beings that are a wonderful record of nature’s genius. All life forms experience their existences on different levels of awareness and as much angles. All parts of nature’s continuum of presence are experienced by at least one life form. To realize this, infinite and ingeniously intricate cosmic phenomena are continuously at play. As it experiences itself deeper and becomes more aware, it grows livelier and more purposeful by the moment. Whether life only exists here on planet Earth or is found throughout the galaxies, one thing is the common rule: the universe provides whatever any living being needs.

Humans are one of the infinite life forms in the universe which evolved over the last few billions of years. Nature has done a lot of work pushing the limits of human evolution, to help us reach a level where we will be ultimately able to see. Up to this juncture in the overall history of humanity only a small part of humanity have realized their true nature and became aware of the true source of that which is. Most of the human species have not yet found their way out of darkness. Almost all of this species are actively pursuing after an illusory reality that promises to quench their unconscious thirst for the real. Humanity being at the top of the evolutionary apex, planet Earth still has got a long way to go before reaching its goal of becoming a wholly living planet.

The universe brought man to existence and is ready to provide whatever it is that man needs. It is the ultimate maker and servant. Whatever man desires, regardless what the desire is, it provides. As every manifestation of life demands, finds and reacts and evolves, the cosmos is there at every stage and at every angle to experience and witness itself unfolding. The universe cares for man, but doesn’t choose for man what it knows suites him best. It lets man make his own choice and honors him as its equal. The universe acts that every individual life form has as much say in cosmic affairs as the whole cosmos itself has.

Over the millennia many humans have understood their true relationship with nature and lived wholesome lives. Some of them preached the truth and became the founders of many of today’s biggest belief systems. Others decided that the race would one day become aware of its own true self unassisted and spontaneously. Still others had no reason to talk or not to talk and lived and died in awareness. Now for the first time in history whole groups of people that have never had any physical contact with each other or had any similar conditioning are spontaneously beginning to realize.

It’s now time that humans know the truth, the one truth, and know that there is no non-truth or anti-truth but only the one truth. But there is a time when the truth is known, and there is a time when it is not known. There is a time when the truth is said, and a time when it is not said. There is the real, and only it.

To reach there we need to discover our secret relationship with the cosmos. The first thing to know is that it is always listening to your desires and responding to them. The second, whatever comes out of you through word, letter, thought or emotion is received as your wish. That includes literally everything you say, write, think or behave. The cosmos creates for you the world which you hint. As you reflect the world you find, more of it is provided for you. If one has positive expressions and desires broadcasting, a practical reply for it is on the way. And if one is negatively predisposed about a thing or a part of their life; that too is on the way. The universe does not discriminate between expressions. All and everything you reflect is responded to accordingly.

Once every one of us knows that the universe naturally provides for all living beings; and learns to live in all round prosperity, we will be able to finally make that final glimpse in to that which is.

That is when we will know that in our lives we might need all the material possessions and pleasures and comforts and interests of this world, but those are only designed to help us realize our true purpose and source. Knowing this is what will truly make you live in abundance. Whatever the case always remember that the cosmos is always ready to deliver, regardless what the order is. Just make sure to say, write, think and behave in a way that positively reflects your every desire. Remember only what it is that you would now like to happen or would like to have or whatever it is.

Most of us live not a life, but an illusion of it. The ego—which is the sum of our aggregate conditioning from the past and expectation of our future--- has substituted the real I. the processes that happen in your life: thoughts, experiences, expectations are what make the mind. And the ego identifies itself with that. And you believe you are that. But you are not made of thoughts, experiences and expectations. Still you are not the thinker or the experienced or the expectant. Rather you are that which allows these things to happen. You are the creator that allows the person to happen, to be born, live and die. You were there when there was none and when there was all. Recognizing this is a giant step, the only step that matters. When things happen, people talk or do things and you don’t like, you react. You believe something has happened which is not right. This belief is what is wrong. In the world everything is right. To believe reality is wrong would be tantamount to believing that you exist in a crazy reality. Having acted that way, that’s what the universe delivers to you. The moment the crazy world is delivered, your original crazy belief will be justified and as that belief strengthens; the more the harsh reality you have created for yourself is solidified into shape. There is order that underlies even the seemingly chaotic. Don’t be fooled by the chaos, look for what underlies it. For someone who accepts pleasure as pleasure and pain as pain, someone who doesn’t reject reality and doesn’t expect to live in their own definition of what life should be, the cosmos brings the original setting of a holistic existence into their reality. Once a person has that life, they have no reason to be nostalgic or regretful of the past and no reason to dream of the ideal life in some part of the future that never arrives. In such an existence one can fully live in the now. In such existence humans are their original godselves. And it's here; and now.

How To Judge

Do you think it would be asy to see the world without a personal lens? Objectivity, of course, can be attained, but cannot be expressed in words, because words are many and the objective is unsayable. When mystics or prophets tell about their experiences with the objective, first, they translate it into the most agreeable images in their minds.
This limits the experience infinitely. Then they use words, which more infinitely limit the limited images in the mind. And when I listen to them I can only faintly understand around one-tenth of what they say.
After listening to all of them I become more confused about the objective than before I did.
So I have to work to reach the objective myself.
I also need to suspend my judgments till that day when I won’t see the need for judgments.

Godverse/ Who Are We?

What you are is what you think. Of course, everybody knows this. Who you are also is who you think[about]. So we have to imitate ourselves to be the best and the greatest--ourselves---and become full.
But how would we win by being ourselves? If God tells us that he is within us, then it must be that we are in him too. We must be in His heart and in His soul. And if so, we must be Him. Everything is in God and He is in everything, which means that we live in a Godverse(universe)and that we are It.

We Only Came Here To Be.........

We came here to grow towards becoming. All other things are secondary to this. In life we die and live all the time, and sometimes, not in time; in ways most of us don't understand, we live and die. Our reality so happens to help us see it as it is. It wants to teach us that neither this nor that is real, that there is a greater death than this, and a greater life than this. It wants to teach us that sometimes we can live in smaller ways than we know or die softer deaths than the death we fear. Then we will die easily and live easily. We will see that all this is neither bad nor good, only unreal. We shall then grow towards that which in unity is both good and evil, that which is real.
That can happen because of an intention; a real, well understood intention. The search, with our crude states, for the fine, will never get us the finer states we search. But in the long years one might spend searching one sees that none is that which is desired, and if it is not any of all of that, then it either is the totality of all or the none of all.
But, because the point is about becoming aware, only, one needs not search or find. A disciple of being only needs to understand, not to judge whether one thing or another is like this or that. Just understand, without deciding what it is, without defining anything. Keep on being more and more aware. Then one day your awareness will be too much to keep you heavy like the grosser ones. You are weightless then, and you can then fly. You will soar in enlightenment so high, that it will be much easier to go higher flying to the heavens than go back to where you started the journey.

a poem by Rumi

If anyone asks you how the perfect satisfaction of all our sexual wanting will look,
lift your face and say,
Like this.

When someone mentions the gracefulness of the nightsky,
climb up on the roof and dance and say,
Like this.

If anyone wants to know what "spirit" is,
or what "God’s fragrance" means,
lean your head toward him or her.
Keep your face there close.
Like this.

When someone quotes the old poetic image about clouds gradually uncovering the moon,
slowly loosen knot by knot the strings of your robe.
Like this.

If anyone wonders how Jesus raised the dead,
don’t try to explain the miracle.
Kiss me on the lips.
Like this.

Like this.

When someone asks what it means to "die for love,"
point here.

If someone asks how tall I am,
frown and measure with your fingers
the space between the creases on your forehead.
This tall.

The soul sometimes leaves the body,
she returns.
When someone doesn’t believe that,
walk back into my house.
Like this.

When lovers moan,
they’re telling our story.
Like this.

I am a sky where spirits live.
Stare into this deepening blue,
while the breeze says a secret.
Like this.

When someone asks what there is to do,
light the candle in his hand.
Like this.

How did Joseph’s scent come to Jacob?
Huuuuu.

How did Jacob’s sight return?
Huuuu.

A little wind cleans the eyes.
Like this.

When Shams comes back from Tabriz,
he’ll put just his head around the edge of the door
to surprise us

We Unfold Through Work

Think of our planet, after time, after humans have given all of themselves. When the whole physical planet begins treating itself, directing it’s own weather, curing itself, communicating within itself, growing the crops, harvesting them, processing and cooking them, and transporting them to your dinner table. All the clocks in the world striking at the same second with out error, directed by a global intelligent hub, itself spread all over the planet. This network decides when the season is right to plant the cotton, when to pick it, make the clothes to express every individual’s deepest feeling of how they should look. You don’t have to work then; everything will be provided, and it will be as you like it. You will read all the books in the world from the comfort of your couch, see all the world from the back porch, eat the kind of food that is to the minutest detail designed for your individual well-being and pleasure. This is not too futuristic. On a rudimentary level we are witnessing the infancy levels of this to come phenomenon.
That will be the time when you will have all the time in the world to look inwards into yourself, be content enough to be silent enough and listen. The we will have all our lives to discover ourselves and unite with the divine that we are in and which is in us, which is we. That day will see a truly grown human species, a world full of prophets and priestesses and holy witches and blessed wizards. We won't preach each other then, we will be too busy becoming ourselves and loving each other. Humans will be born and will die being true humans. What the biblical King David writes about in Psalms 82:6 will then come true-- "I said, 'You are "gods"; you are all sons of the Most High.' We shall then be born gods and die greater gods. It is only for this purpose that we have to work, for the human species and this planet to reach equilibrium with each other. To reach the balance of growth and compatibility so that the world and all of the humans in it become as one entity, feeling each other’s need, and living through each other. As we work we are contributing to that better tomorrow, and one couldn’t but hope, that when one comes reincarnated in that blissful living world, one shall remember this day and, truly then give praise to the divine in humanity and in all. Whatever it is that you do, you are contributing to a much bigger dream than that which inspired you to do something in the first place. Have all there is to get; power, money, fame, …without work nothing means anything in our lives. When you cook, do laundry, water the garden, design a bridge, write a blog, lay bricks, act in a play or help the disabled you are contributing to that great cycle of work which will one day make this planet a practically living home for all mankind. The world we live in today is the result of billions of years of nature working within itself to bring itself to life. Finally, it also brought us into existence. It evolved us into intelligence, emotion and spirit. Day by day existence is realizing itself more through us as we are too, being a part of it. For the past dozen millennia humans have been working to come out of their mammalian ignorance and grow towards understanding the true language of the world, albeit uncountable misunderstandings which we still witness today. But we seem to be coming of age now. We are beginning to worry about overusing it, over warming it or causing desertification, and that looks good for a start, but it is still going to take time. The world is becoming more and more organic by the day. All over the world we share the same news, watch the same movies, discuss Iraq or Palestine or Global Warming, we read each other’s blogs, we chat real time from over many time zones. We are beginning to discover that our actions have ripples that affect others on a far wider circle than we ever thought.
But think about what it took the world to reach here, all the thinkers, physicists, politicians, prophets, farmers, writers. All the Ghandis, the Einsteins, the nameless contributors. All the Egyptian engineers, the Mesopotamian ironsmiths, the Indian prophets, the Arab Alchemists, the European inventors, all the fathers and mothers that tended their progeny all through the millennia, …the list is endless. Through contributing even only this much, the planet grows a lot because the effect of your efforts grows on an exponential scale. One man discovers fire; the other cooks with it, yet another melts ore with the fire. The ironsmith makes a wheel and another a chariot, and Alexander the Great rides it to conquer the world. What ever it is that is easier and more meaningful for you to do--just do it. All worship, philosophy, meditation, thinking, and all the physical work people do will one day change this planet into a living conscious paradise for mankind.

Anger, Greed and Desire

Humans were and are being created to behave the way they do because it looked right to the evolutionary forces in them. Most people I meet have the tendency to automatically dismiss all forms of anger, greed and desire as wrong.

I always believed that useless anger, greed, and desire are the source of all human evil. This qualities force us to value what we want more than ourselves. This is a sin. This is all sin is.

But anger, greed and desire are natural human responses without which man can not be man, but something else--half man disabled of some of the most basic elements of human behaviour. Let your anger live with you, but use it only when it is important; use it only against your weaknesses, not against anything living or not or you ; so that you will have enough energy to kill your weaknesses.

Use your desire for your benefit, desire to love God, which is the image of your perfection, through loving which you will have true love towards yourself.

Be greedy when it comes to the moments in your life, live as much as you can at every second. Be greedy to know as much as there is to know, so that you will always know and understand.

The whole point is that none of the emotions you have---whether it be lust or disgust, love or hate, forgiveness or hatred---are at all not good or bad by themselves. It is all about when, how, why, with whom or with what and what for you use them. Teach yourself to discern not between bad and good looking vocabulary, but about right or wrong courses of action.

When human emotions are dominated by ignorance they always result in any degree of some externalized or internalized form of decay and destruction. The emotions being basically one it is what you fill them with, enlightenment or ignorance, that determines the success of your wholeness. If one felt lust towards one's spouse, for example, do you think it would be lust? Not at all, it would only be holly union. So let us try and bring a structure, however hard it sems to realize, that agrees with our
inborn enlightenment and righteousness and live all our moments in prosperity, peace of being, and realization.

YOU UnLtd.

you are unbounded. as you are -in your pure being- no limitation
exists-- You are a God. but to know that godhood, don't start fighting
with that prison you are in, otherwise you will never be a winner,
you might feel like it seems impossible to get out.

start only by becoming more aware. start by becoming more alert. that
is the only thing that has to be done. for now...

I Want to Fly

I want to go there. But I don't seem to know where it is. I see it in my dreams, I can't remember it when I wake up. May be that's because it is from out of this world. It is calling for me, I am trying to hear, not that good at it. Surely life is sometimes vain. It just exists in our ignorance. Now I would like to go beyond life and death. I have had enough of these friendly enemies of each other. I live in chaos because of the fight between all the opposites in existence. I want to go beyond dualities, to that light I know but can't say.
